AmpKit is a tool that turns your computer into a robust guitar amp and effects studio. The program comes with 22 diligently recreated amps with 38 unique amp channels, 28 cabinets, 28 pedals, and eight mics. The effects comprise several distortion, overdrive, compression, phaser and fuzz pedals – along with clean boost, reverb, delay, acoustic simulation, EQ, wah, tremolo, octaver, chorus, flanger, and vibrato. Also, there are 137 presets, from earthy acoustics and smooth cleans to high-gain metal. The gear’s improved high-fidelity simulation delivers realistic tones.
